Representatives of the Médoc, Haut-Médoc, and Listrac-Médoc ODG, along with Médoc winegrowers, presented the "Médoc white" colour at a press conference on 14^th October. It has been officially included in the Médoc AOC specifications since last August. The first sales of the 2025 vintage are expected on April 15^th, 2026.

According to the ODG, 70 producers are expected to produce Médoc white, with a potential area of 170 hectares (Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, or Muscadelle plots) throughout the Médoc region.
