Château de Fargues is holding its first Exceptional Day in Sauternes, on Sunday 15th March 2020.
This event is open to the general public; the number of places is limited to 50 people.
From 11.00 am, a visit of the estate will be given by Marquis de Lur Saluces and his family.
Benjamin Torsel, Michelin-starred Chef (1* at the Auberge du Prieuré) will present a wine and food pairing lunch focused on the theme of truffles and asparagus.
After lunch, at 3.00 pm a concert will be given by the String Chamber Music Ensemble, conducted by Damien Ventula.
