Last, but not least in the Jurade de Saint-Emilion's tour in Asia: Ho Chi Minh (Saigon).
This Gala Dinner was organised in partnership with the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Saigon.
The enthusiasm of professionals of Saint-Emilion wines was undeniable. The Jurade was able to witness the economic dynamism of Vietnam and the extent to which the country is full of enlightened wine lovers, eager to meet and discover the wines of Saint-Emilion.
Our guests and the Jurats met at the Park Hyatt Saigon to enjoy a last evening of friendship and conviviality to share a superb evening meal accompanied by a selection of Saint-Emilion wines.
During the evening, 7 of our guests were inducted and made members of the Jurade de Saint-Emilion. Among them, we now have the pleasure of counting as ambassadors of Saint-Emilion wines Emmanuelle Pavillon-Grosser, Consul General of France in Saigon, and Philippe Troussier, former player and football coach who was recently appointed coach of the Vietnamese football team.
It was a pleasure for the Jurade of Saint-Emilion to meet our fellow lovers of Saint-Emilion wines and to be able to induct new ambassadors!
