Thursday 2nd February 2023, marked the opening of the Mexico City Commanderie, with 12 members inducted, and a dynamic Maître, Humberto Herrera.
The event was marked in true Mexican style with an 8-course tasting menu including a Cuitlacoche, paired perfectly with a 1983 Château Figeac.
