The Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux

The Commanderie de Bordeaux in Sapporo held an induction ceremony and Gala Dinner on 26th November 2022, at the Minami restaurant, in the presence of Mr Francis Boutemy, Grand Maître Emeritus of the Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux, and Mr Yoshiaki Hompo, Grand Maître of the Commanderies de Bordeaux in Japan.
During this ceremony the title of Maître of the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Sapporo was officially presented to Mrs.Yumi Tanabe and 11 new Commandeurs were inducted.
At this occasion and to honour this grand event, we tasted Jean Louis Ballarin, Cuvée Royale Crémant de Bordeaux and 2 Bordeaux wines, Alto De Cantenac Brown, Bordeaux Dry White and Chateau Cardinal Villemaurine, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
