As the first month of the new year was heading towards its end Commanders and guests of the Commanderie de Bordeaux à Manchester gathered at the Midland Hotel, Manchester for their first event of 2022 – A Bistro Evening.
After a champagne aperitif-welcome, this superb evening reception began with an Induction Ceremony for two new members of the Manchester Commanderie, Phil Collier and Phil D’Netto.
Head Chef Brian Spark prepared a sumptuous menu to accompany a marvellous selection of Bordeaux wines.
