The Graves appellation unveils its 7 "Graves Ambassadors" for the 2022 Graves reds and 2023 Graves whites.

This certification places the consumer at the heart of the selection process. The consumer tastes and selects the wines that will be presented in France and abroad.

These 7 properties represent the appellation's excellence in terms of expertise, environmental protection, and wine tourism.

A two-stage selection process
Candidate properties are inspected by an independent organisation to ensure they comply with three main criteria: strict adherence to the appellation's specifications, environmental certification, and facilities ready to receive the general public.

Their wines then undergo a blind tasting by a panel of 120 consumers, all knowledgeable wine lovers. Structured like a professional tasting, the tasting is conducted by Techni'Sens, an independent sensory analysis and research organisation.

The Graves AOC
With more than 200 estates, the Graves AOC offers a particularly diverse selection of wines. The Graves Ambassadors certification was created in 2021 with the aim of promoting the appellation through exemplary Ambassador wines which reflect the appellation's unique character.
