The Commanderie de Bordeaux in Madrid invited Mrs Sylvie Cazes, along with the Association of Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Emilion, to conduct a wonderful tasting on 5th May 2025.

The following day, 6th May, a Master class was held for 30 Spanish professionals. There were some fascinating discussions about Saint-Emilion wines, with a focus on the 2022 vintage.
