Commanderie Cru Bourgeois Dinner

The 2nd event of the Commanderie's ‘Cru Bourgeois Dinner’ was held in the Pool House of Park Hyatt Saigon on Friday 16th November 2018.
After the success of the previous year’s event, we invited 19 Chateaux owners or representatives from various Appellations of Medoc, Haut-Medoc,Listrac-Medoc, Saint Estephe, Margaux, Moulis, Pauillac
19 wines were tasted for pre-dinner drinks, all from the 2015 vintage (an exceptional year) and then various vintages from 2000, 2003, 2009, 2010 were served to accompany dinner paired with a delicious menu prepared by Chef Heath Gordon and his team.
