A “Winter Festive Dinner”, organised by the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Saigon, was held on Friday 4th December
.
This grand event took place at the Park Hyatt Saigon Pool House
6 pm: Aperitifs - Champagne
6.30 pm : For Commandeurs, a blind tasting was organised by the two finalists of the competition "Best Sommelier for French Wines in Vietnam 2020".
A delicious wine-pairing dinner , prepared By Executive Chef Heath Gordon was served with superb wines perfectly matched with the various dishes.

Les pagodes de Cos 2009 Saint Estèphe in Magnums
Château Grand Puy Lacoste Pauillac 2005
Vieux Château Certan Pomerol 1997
A magic show was presented by Stephan and 3 new Commandeurs were inducted during this marvellous evening reception.
The Commanderie de Bordeaux in Saïgon now has 45 members.
