The Commanderie de Bordeaux in Wallonia received its members in a high place of Brussels’ gastronomy, Aux Brigittines, former Post Office in the art nouveau style. They were invited by Dirk Myny, Maître cuisinier.
Commandeur and Professor, Fabrizio Bucella is a sommelier, specialist in wine and beer, Head of the Wine Tasting School Inter Wine & Dine, where he teaches oenology and wine tasting.
At conference-meal, held on the evening of 23rd October 2019, he presented the mystery of deep bonds between man and wine. This ancient mystery : Why do we drink wine ?
