Alain Cany, Maître and the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Saigon organised on Friday 18th October 2019 an exclusive dinner prepared for the pleasure of guests present by celebrity and Michelin-star cheffes. Bordeaux wines were given place of honour to accompany the delicious dishes.
