From 12^th to 15^th September 2019, Bordeaux is going to bring its Harvest Festival to the city centre. The CIVB, the UMIH (Union of Hotel and Catering Professionals), Bordeaux City Hall, the Chamber of Agriculture and retailers of the Golden Triangle of Bordeaux are joining together to create a major event, comprised of several parts, including collaboration with Bordeaux restaurants. The CIVB is in charge of recruiting 100 restaurants that will represent the festival; they will offer harvest menus and a wine list 100% Bordeaux.
