On the one hand, France, a country whose art of living is renowned world for its refinement. On the other, China, an immense country that is opening up to the world.

A thirst for discovery of new exotic goods, such as wine, is growing here. So Bordeaux is therefore a popular destination for those who want to invest in new regions. Wine therefore becomes the central theme of bonds formed recently between France and China.

This conference will analyse this new world of wine that flows from Bordeaux to Burgundy, from Vinexpo Hong-Kong to the wine bars of Shanghai and Beijing, as well as the new Chinese wine regions, to better understand this desire for wine.
