The Commanderie de Bordeaux in Hong Kong was delighted to welcome the visit of Thomas Duroux and Sébastien Menut, from Château Palmer on 15^th January 2024, after a very long absence!

Absence makes the heart grow fonder and we were treated to a very exciting presentation of wines (Vin Blanc de Palmer 2021, Alter Ego 2019, Palmer 2012 & 2009 and Palmer XIX Historical Blend (Lot 20.17)) which was matched with a world-class 5-course gourmet menu prepared at The Pool House of the Grand Hyatt. It was a truly exceptional evening with the wines showing very well.

67 members and guests were able to hear directly from Thomas about the latest innovations and wine making techniques and philosophies that have helped raise Château Palmer to the very highest of quality levels in Bordeaux.
