On 20^th November 2023, Bordeaux wines brought together twenty or so professionals from the Belgian Café/ Hotel/Restaurant sector in a bistro in the south of Brussels, to present a workshop to highlight white and sparkling Bordeaux wines. This presentation was given by two Bordeaux professionals who had made the trip to Belgium.

A workshop to discover cocktails that can be made with these wines was coordinated by mixologist Clément Sargeni (see photo), who came to reveal the range of the possibilities Bordeaux wines can provide, thus arousing the curiosity of this group of prescribers.
