Born in Hiroshima, Japan, this world-renowned chef is inspired by Japanese tradition and the most innovative culinary techniques to create astonishing and refined cuisine, based on the delicacy of Japanese produce combined with the excellence of French gastronomy and their superb presentation on the plate.

On the menu, maki, sushi, sashimi and the emblematic dishes of the chef Morimoto such as the Peking duck, as well as oysters from the Bay of Arcachon and French desserts. To discover the cuisine of the Japanese chef, Morimoto Bordeaux offers several dining options: the warm and festive restaurant, the cheerful and relaxed raised terrace and the bar offering cocktails, fine wines and sake. The restaurant seats 180 and stretches like a majestic theatre, interspersed by Bordeaux red brick columns and elegant wine cellars with glass windows.
