The Ceremony of Handover of Power took place on Tuesday 12^th September 2023, at midday in the foyer of the CIVB (the Wine Bar).

Hubert de Boüard de Laforest, Grand Maître Emeritus, handed over to the new Grand Maître and President of the Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux, Jean-Marc Dulong.

The Grand Conseil sincerely thanks Hubert de Boüard de Laforest for his hard work for four years dedicated to promoting all the wines of Bordeaux.

The Bordeaux Wine Brotherhoods were present at this occasion: La Commanderie du Bontemps, La Jurade de Saint-Emilion, Les Gentilshommes du Duché de Fronsac, La Connétablie de Guyenne Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux et Les Compagnons de Bordeaux.

Numerous key VIPs of the region came to attend this ceremony and the cocktail lunch reception held after this event.
