The Saigon Commanderie “Summer Wine Dinner” featured an exquisite selection of "all-reds in magnums, doubling the cheerfulness" with the wines such as of Château Ormes de Pez 2017 in magnum and the beautifully aged vintage 2009 from Château Malartic Lagravière in magnum. In addition to these delights, we complemented the experience with Clarendelle rosé 2018, inspired by the First Growth Château Haut Brion and a white wine from the famed manga "The Drops of God" 2005 series, Château Mont Pérat blanc 2016.
Once more, we wrapped up our summer with twice the cheerfulness I promised.
The Saigon Commanderie Summer Dinner was as fabulous as tuxedo-wearing sommeliers juggling wine bottles of well-aged Bordeaux.
