The summer gathering of the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Tokyo was held with the theme “Bordeaux meets Japan”, on Sunday 23rd July 2023 at ENECO Karuizawa.
PRIO Holdings, Clarence Dillon Fine Wines, provided the champagne and Bordeaux wines. In addition, we presented Château Mercian Mariko Winery and Rue du Vin, Japanese producers who make wines in the Bordeaux style.
After an explanation given by Mr Endo, our Vinothécaire, Mr Toshiro Suzuki proposed a toast.
Mr Hompo, Grand Maître for the Commanderies de Bordeaux in Japan, announced the close of this event at the end of a very enjoyable lunch.
