More than 60 people in total for this parade during the Bordeaux Wine Festival 2023, a vast event for the general public to promote and showcase Bordeaux wines.

At 12.00 pm the procession began, commencing from the Maison Ecocitoyenne. Parade through the Bordeaux Wine Festival (up to the Espace Prairie – opposite the Maritime Exchange building)

12.30 pm – Start of the induction Ceremony at the Espace Prairie

The Grand Maître of the Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux inducted five VIPs, presenting them with the title of Honorary Councillor of Bordeaux Wines:

Mr Olivier Occelli – Managing Director fo Bordeaux’s Tourist Information & Conference Centre
Mrs Céline Papin – Deputy Mayor, responsible for regional, European and international collaboration
Mrs Séverine Perrier – President of the Bordeaux Metropolitan Hotel Club / Manager of Seeko’o Hôtel=
Mr Jean-Philippe Burgeat - President of the Hotel sector of UMIH Gironde
Mrs Nashidil Rouiai – Doctor of Geography / Teacher-Researcher (Senior Lecturer) at the ISVV (Institute of Vine & Wine Science)
