In this month of May and to the sound of trumpet music, the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Brussels joyously began its colourful induction ceremony, scented with beauty, to induct 11 new members, including 3 ladies.
Under the aegis of Mme Veuve Cliquot, four exceptional and well-known women from the world of Bordeaux wines, Laure de Lambert Compeyrot, Christine Derenoncourt, Véronique Dausse and Sally Evans were honoured for their remarkable and fascinating careers, which all contribute to enthralling us with the superb wines they produce, whose predominant note was a floral hint.
As a touch of decoration or in addition to the taste of the food and wine pairing, Isabelle de Bordeaux delighted her guests for the evening as she carried them away to the heart of springtime in Bordeaux.
