Commandeur Isabelle Audouin-Wastin (Isabelle de Bordeaux - Lecturer, Consultant and Tutor in Oeno-Sommellerie) organised a Masterclass entitled “Introduction to analytical tasting, focused on 4 colours of Bordeaux wines », held at Château Ravenstein Royal Golf Club.

A superb evening of culture and tasting, with numerous wine enthusiasts of the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Brussels.

An olfactory quiz, to identify flavours, awakened all senses to better understand the professional tasting of wines, accompanied by delicious food.

A USB stick with all the educational material as well as a mini-set of the wines tasted were given to the participants at the end of the evening, so that each one could put this Masterclass into practice.
