January 17, 2022China : tastings of "modern red wines"
On 14th December in Shanghai and then Beijing on 17th December 2021, 36 Chinese journalists were able to taste a range of Bordeaux wines, in four sessions, with the theme of “New wave of Bordeaux”.
Gathered in person, the journalists had to the opportunity to chat with 4 producers who were online from Bordeaux (2 winegrowers, 1 wine merchant and 1 cooperative cellar).
Modern reds, fresh wines and environmental approaches.. these three main subjects were appreciated, as well as the fact that the wines presented are referenced on the Chinese market, making it possible for consumers here to find them easily.
