At the Club de la Chasse & de la Nature
The evening began with an aperitif served in the Club’s garden, where we were able to savour the Champagne Dhondt-Grellet, Gramant, kindly provided by Antoine Jurasti (a double magnum and a magnum).
The aperitif was followed by a presentation of the wine estates Château Kirwan, Grand Cru Classé, Margaux, with Sophie Schÿler-Thierry and of Château Latour-Martillac, Grand Cru Classé de Graves, Pessac-Léognan, with Tristan Kressmann.
Our palates were delighted by the appetizers at the aperitif, the dinner concocted by Chef Jean-Michael Meintzinger and the marvellous range of Bordeaux wines served (see the menu).
