At the 2024 Congress for Christian business people and managers (EDC), 2 600 people gathered at the Palais de l’Atlantique, from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th March.
The Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux, represented by Grand Maître Jean-Marc Dulong and members of the Bordeaux Wine Brotherhoods took part in this Congress.
Saturday 16th March

Representatives of the various Bordeaux Wine Brotherhoods were present, wearing their ceremonial attire.
7pm to 8.30 pm
A wine tasting was given by winegrowers present, with a diversity of the appellations of Bordeaux:
Graves, Médoc, Saint Emilion, Côtes de Bordeaux, Castillon, Blaye, Bourg, Graves de Vayres, Bordeaux – Bordeaux Supérieur, Entre 2 Mers, Sauternes, Cérons and Loupiac/Sainte Croix du Mont.
Sunday 17th March 2024
At 11 am, a mass was celebrated in the Cathedral of St André by Monseigneur James and 200 priests accompanying the EDC teams all over France. Monseigneur James had suggested to representatives of the Wine Brotherhoods to attend this mass and to enter in procession wearing ceremonial attire, accompanied by members of the clergy, following the format of the Saint Vincent Masses.
