The Commanderie de Bordeaux Saigon celebrated its 2nd Anniversary on Thursday 28th of June with a collectible wine selection by Vignobles Comtes Von Neipperg.
This event was held at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Saigon at The Guest House. After aperitifs to welcome guests, new members were inducted before dinner.
A 4-course dinner was prepared by Park Hyatt Executive Chef Heath Gordon, pairing with wines from Vignobles Comtes Von Neipperg including:
- Chateau Clos Marsalette, Pessac Léognan
- Chateau La Mondotte, Saint Emilion 1er Grand Cru 2004
- Chateau Canon La Gaffeliere, Saint Émilion 1er Grand Cru 2000 served in Magnums
