Aromas and Landscapes | Walk, Taste, Dine: all in all, a very simple concept!
Aromas & Landscapes is an immersive stroll through the heart of the vineyards, an invitation to discover, savour, and share magical moments in a unique setting.
An exceptional walk through the vineyards and châteaux, meeting the winegrowers who shape these remarkable landscapes every day.
Allow approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours for the walk and 2 to 2 ½ hours for dinner and tastings. Take your time to savour “Aromas & Landscapes”.
WALK
An 8-kilometre walk
Wander through vineyards and across hillsides, passing through iconic Sauternes wine estates, enjoying and savouring this moment out of time.
The 8-kilometre “Aromas and Landscapes” trail is accessible to all. Designed to reveal the wonders of the Sauternes and Barsac vineyards, we offer a real immersion in the nature and history of this exceptional region.
When you register, you can choose your preferred departure time, with slots departing every 10 minutes, between
5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Appetizer: A mixture of shellfish with citrus
Starter: Like a Pissaladière: Sweet onions from Lézignan, creamy anchovies from Collioure,
and crumble with Lucques olives
Main Course: Gardianne ox-meat with sweet spices, creamy parsnip puree and candied kumquat
Cheese: Fine tart with matured goat cheese and Garrigues honey, young shoots seasoned with black garlic
Dessert: Strawberries deglazed with Sauternes. Creamy white chocolate mousse. Small lemon cake. Coffee.
