The official opening of the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Monterrey, Mexico took place on 21st February 2025 and the Maître is called Ludovic Anacleto. He is French, from Paris and he has lived in Mexico for the past twenty years.

He has worked in several restaurants in Paris, including the prestigious Maison Lucas Carton (Michelin-starred).

Ludovic Anacleto is a sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers) and owner of the Grand Cru, Wine Restaurant in Monterrey, Mexico.

« Grand Cru Wine Restaurant, is one of the most peaceful and fun places in Monterrey to enjoy wine.

Among red velvet curtains and chandeliers with wine glasses hanging from the ceiling, the Grand Cru team shows off its well-rehearsed service technique; all of them are trained by Ludovic Anacleto, owner and sommelier.

The wine list leans mainly towards small, high-quality producers from France, Italy and of course, Mexico and Spain. »
