June 17, 2024Commanderie de Bordeaux in Malmo. Three springtime events in 2024!
On 29th May 2024, the Commanderie de Bordeaux à Malmö had a special and very interesting tasting of wines from the supreme Sauternais estate of dry white wines and their well-known sweet wines at the restaurant Årstiderna, Malmö, Sweden. The tasting was very nicely chaired by Johan Blanche from the company Vin Selekt AB. The dry wines were combined with a crispy sea bass, white wine sauce and primeurs in season. The sweet wines went very well with asparagus ice cream, strawberries and rhubarb.

The induction of a new member of Commanderie de Bordeaux à Malmö was of course another highlight during the evening. Welcome to the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Malmö Martin Peterzén Hagel!
The Commanderie de Bordeaux à Malmö together with invited guests with interest in Bordeaux wines had an amazing tasting of Pessac-Léognan wines on Thursday 25th April 2024 at the restaurant Årstiderna, Malmö, Sweden.
Château Haut-Lagrange 2000, Domaine de Chevalier 2004, Château Haut-Bailly 2010. Pape-Clément 2012 and La Mission Haut-Brion 2006. Château Talbot was included in the tasting as a comparison wine from Saint- Julien.
The Commanderie de Bordeaux à Malmö had a fantastic vertical tasting of Mouton Rothschild wines at the annual meeting on Thursday 21st March 2024 at the restaurant Årstiderna, Malmö, Sweden.
The present 31 Commandeurs had a wonderful evening with new experiences from the vintages 2007, 2004, 1997, 1990,1989 and 1986.
The wines of Mouton Rothschild went very well combined with the cuisine of the Årstidernas restaurant.
