After 8 years of office as Maître of the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Cape Town, South Africa, Dr Winnifred Bowman has now passed on this role to the new Maître, Junel Van Der Merwe.

The Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux thanks Dr Winnifred Bowman most sincerely for all her hard work and dedication to the wines of Bordeaux.
