Mr Yoshiaki Hompo, Maître and the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Tokyo, held a General Meeting, followed by dinner, at the Tokyo Station Hotel, on Wednesday 2^nd March 2022.

A new Vice-Maître, Mr Tosiro Suzuki was appointed, as well as a new inspector, Mr Shinichi Daitoku.

Following these appointments, the Tokyo Commanderie adjusted two clauses of the Charter, concerning the number of members of the committee and to add the role of inspector.

Mr and Mrs Jules Irrmann, Consul General of France in Kyoto, attended this dinner. He declared the importance of democracy to protest against Russia’s aggression of Ukraine.

Health safety measures to prevent Covid-19 were ensured during dinner.

At this occasion, Mr Akira Senju, Commandeur and well-known composer, took part in this evening after a long period of absence.

During this superb evening reception, three “Léoville” wines were tasted. According to custom, Vice-Maître Mr Yasuda, announced the end of this event.
