On Sunday 14^th January, the Commanderie du Bontemps Médoc & Graves, Sauternes & Barsac celebrated the feast day of Saint Vincent in the Bordeaux winegrowing area !

It has been a French tradition since the Middle Ages.  More than 600 people were present this year.  The Saint-Vincent feast day celebration is held to honour the men and women who make wine!

The programme of this day was a procession, followed by the celebration of a mass and the blessing of the new wine.  Then an induction ceremony, followed by a banquet lunch.
